Clients
Each client is its own organisation with its own console, people and policies. You are a co-administrator of every one, so you can open it from the Business Console. Organisations that sign up themselves on your domain appear here on a trial and are not billed until you approve them.

Each product has its own allowance. You choose the numbers and are invoiced for them at month end: Browser Security per user, Email Security per Plus and per Executive user, Scam Check per campaign recipient.
Usage & statements
One line per client and product, priced at your tier: seats per month, and Scam Check per recipient of each campaign that went live in the month. SafeToOpen invoices you from the issued statement; how you bill your clients is yours to decide.

Branding & domain
What your clients see on your domain: sign-in, consoles, Scam Check pages and every email. Sign-in with Microsoft or Google happens on SafeToOpen's sign-in hostname and returns to your domain.
Brand
Sign-in page
Your clients sign in on a single card with your logo. Add a background image behind it, and pick the colour of the text that sits on the background (the help and legal links under the card) so it stays readable.
Custom domain
Point a hostname you control at with a CNAME record. The certificate is issued automatically once the record is live, usually within a few minutes; the status below turns live when both are in place.
- Use a subdomain such as
portal, not the bare domain. - On Cloudflare DNS, set the record to DNS only (grey cloud).
- If your domain has a CAA record, allow
pki.googandletsencrypt.org. - No other record is needed; the certificate is issued and renewed automatically.

People who can open this partner console. Adding or removing them is done by SafeToOpen on request; every partner administrator is also a co-administrator of each client organisation.

Tier & pricing
Your tier and the wholesale price list it applies. Seats are charged per month for every approved client; Scam Check is charged per recipient when a client's campaign goes live, and the price band follows the size of that campaign. Tiers are reviewed by SafeToOpen against the criteria in your partner agreement.
